Job Summary
This role involves taking full responsibility for the coordination of health and safety regulations (DGUV-V1) at a cable transition facility construction site. As the primary safety coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day safety protocols for all employees and external contractors during electrotechnical work until the final handover of the plant. Key responsibilities include coordinating multiple subcontractors working in the same areas, conducting site inductions for new firms, and ensuring construction areas are properly secured at the start and end of shifts. You will hold the authority to issue instructions to all personnel on-site and must be present continuously during site operations. This position is unique as it places you at the center of critical infrastructure development, specifically managing safety near energized components. It is an ideal role for a safety-conscious electrical professional who enjoys high-responsibility oversight and operational coordination in a dynamic construction environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (Elektrotechniker) or equivalent electrical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrotechnical environments
- Experience in coordinating external companies and subcontractors on construction sites
- Experience in implementing and monitoring health and safety guidelines
- Experience working in the proximity of energized electrical components

- Full-time presence on-site is required during construction hours. The position is for a fixed-term contract. Candidates must have the willingness to work on-site and potentially undergo a one-day qualification training as a DGUV-V1 Coordinator according to TenneT specifications.
