Job Summary
As a Test Field Technician at Hitachi Energy in Brilon, you will play a critical role in the energy transition by ensuring the quality and reliability of dry-type and traction transformers. Your daily responsibilities involve conducting electrical routine, type, and special tests in accordance with national and international standards. You will be responsible for creating detailed test protocols, analyzing returned goods, and performing final mechanical inspections. A unique aspect of this role includes participating in customer acceptance tests, which may be conducted in English. This position offers the opportunity to work within a globally recognized team with over 100 years of history, contributing to projects ranging from high-rise buildings to maritime vessels. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical field (e.g., State-certified Electrotechnical Assistant). A Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate, Technician qualification, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

- Professional experience in an electrotechnical field
- Experience in performing electrical routine, type, and special tests

- Experience in customer-facing technical acceptance processes
