Job Summary
As a Project Manager for software implementation, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical ERP solutions for clients in the architectural, engineering, and service sectors. Your daily responsibilities include providing expert consultation during the software implementation phase, analyzing complex functional requirements, and optimizing existing business processes. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive software documentation and leading training sessions and coaching for end-users. Required Skills
Education
Commercial vocational training or a basic commercial education (Kaufmännische Grundausbildung).
Experience
- Professional experience in ERP consulting is preferred
- Experience in HR software environments is an advantage
- Previous experience in software implementation or technical support
- Proven track record in process analysis and conceptual design
