This role is designed for an experienced EHS professional to join a leading electrical industry firm specializing in semiconductor testing solutions. You will be responsible for supporting R&D and production processes through the lens of safety engineering, ensuring full compliance with German environmental, health, and safety regulations. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with site management to implement EHS programs, conducting employee training, and investigating workplace incidents to implement corrective actions. You will serve as a vital link between the company and regulatory authorities while managing external consultants and budgets. The position is particularly unique due to its international scope, involving cross-functional teamwork and regular travel to a central development and manufacturing hub in the Middle East.
