Job Summary

As a Construction / Project Manager for Building Services, you will be responsible for overseeing complex building technology projects within turnkey industrial and commercial construction ventures. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing projects from inception to completion, including client support, coordination with authorities and specialist engineers, and comprehensive quality, quantity, schedule, and cost control. A key aspect of this role is the tendering and awarding of technical building equipment contracts, as well as coordinating the commissioning of building service systems and providing post-warranty support. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical and supply engineering, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge real estate projects.
