Job Summary
As a Java Cloud Developer at R+V, one of Germany's largest insurers, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations and IT department. You will be responsible for developing innovative, stable, cloud-native applications, specifically focusing on a modern, customer-centric CRM solution. Working within a DevSecOps environment, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate product visions into technical reality while ensuring high software quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. This senior-level role involves operationalizing architectural decisions, advising IT management, and acting as a technical coach for the team. Required Skills
