Job Summary

This role involves the independent development, administration, and continuous improvement of the Windows Frontend workspace based on Citrix terminal servers for the Sparkassen Finance Group. As a key member of the End-2-End Windows Terminal Services unit, you will be responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and cost-effective operations while driving the strategic evolution of the platform. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining PowerShell-based automation, performing high-level (2nd and 3rd level) troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analyses to optimize system performance.
