As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be the driving force behind securing and advancing the group-wide IT infrastructure for a dynamic e-commerce software hub. Working closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will develop and manage the IT security strategy, maintain the security roadmap, and lead the operational implementation of safety initiatives. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing governance and audits, and fostering a security-conscious culture through targeted training programs for both technical and non-technical staff. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT security environment
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects
- Experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on internal and external security audits
- Experience working with standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Experience in steering external security partners and managed service providers
