Job Summary
As an IT Project Lead, you will spearhead the planning and execution of software implementation projects within the healthcare sector, specifically for medical practices, medical care centers (MVZs), and clinics. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to define project requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are met 'in quality, in time, and in budget.' You will act as a central liaison between customers, partners, and internal departments such as Sales, Support, and Finance. This role is ideal for a structured professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys driving continuous improvement through project documentation and evaluation. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training or a university degree in (Medical) Informatics, Health Management, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Proven experience in planning and executing IT projects within quality, time, and budget constraints
- Experience in client-facing roles and requirement engineering
- Experience in the healthcare sector or medical informatics is highly preferred
