Job Summary

As a Manager Field Service, you will be responsible for handling technical and technological customer inquiries, managing order processing for assembly and commissioning, and overseeing plant acceptance by clients. A key part of your role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising assembly personnel, as well as providing global support and monitoring of systems during and after the warranty period. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills for electrical and technical issues, and a high degree of willingness to travel. Experience in textile machinery is a plus, alongside strong diplomatic skills for client and representative interactions.
