Job Summary

As a Process Manager based in Munich Allach, you will be responsible for the sustainable improvement of processes across the entire value chain. Your daily activities will focus on increasing overall profitability by optimizing reaction times, transparency, and cost structures while reducing complexity. You will independently design and implement departmental controlling systems and further develop IT systems, specifically ERP and APS platforms, to ensure efficient cross-site operations. A significant part of the role involves leading transformation projects and managing IT data structures in collaboration with various interfaces. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a fixed contract under the BAP collective agreement with above-tariff compensation according to IGM ERA, performance bonuses, and a clear perspective for permanent takeover by the client company.
