As an IT Project Coordinator for a major regional network operator, you will serve as the vital link between business departments and technical implementation teams. Your daily responsibilities include advising specialist departments, translating diverse customer needs into qualified IT requirements, and managing the end-to-end realization of IT projects. You will be responsible for prioritizing requirement activities, coordinating with IT architecture, data protection, and works councils, while ensuring transparent stakeholder management throughout the process. This role is particularly attractive for its high degree of flexibility, offering a predominantly remote work model with only 1-2 days per month on-site in Dortmund or Essen. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven track record in managing IT or change projects
  • Experience with IT trends and methodologies such as IREB, ITIL, and Scrum
  • Preferred experience in energy industry or regulatory processes for network operators
  • Experience in moderating coordination processes between technical and administrative stakeholders
