Job Summary
In this role, you will lead the assembly workshop for high-quality electrical and electronic (E/E) testing systems used in large-scale vehicle production. You will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical and electrical construction of control cabinets and testing equipment in close collaboration with the development team. Your daily activities include resource planning, inventory management, and supervising the assembly team to ensure compliance with current industry standards. Furthermore, you will conduct final electrical inspections, functional tests, and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong technical background in electrical engineering who enjoys hands-on problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), State-Certified Technician (Techniker Elektrotechnik), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in control cabinet construction
- Experience in leading an assembly or technical team
- Proven experience in resource planning and monitoring stock levels
- Experience in conducting electrical inspections and error analysis
- Practical experience in mechanical and electrical assembly of testing systems

- Willingness to travel for several days or weeks at a time for field assignments is required. The position is initially limited to a one-year fixed-term contract.
