As a Scrum Master at AIXTRON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting agile development teams focused on creating control software for semiconductor deposition equipment. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams, while also advising management on agile organizational development. Required Skills
Education
University degree in an IT-related field or completed vocational training; Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally over several years
- Experience working with agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with scaling frameworks in an agile environment
- Proven track record in moderation, coaching, and team self-organization
- Experience in agile software development environments
