As an HR Administrator, you will handle the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination, including drafting contracts, managing personnel files, and overseeing payroll. You will serve as the primary point of contact for managers, civil servants, and trainees on all labor law and personnel matters. A significant part of the role includes leading the recruitment process and acting as the head of training for apprentices and interns. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources or public administration
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing
  • Experience in payroll and personnel cost planning
  • Preferred: Several years of professional experience in labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law
  • Preferred: Practical experience using P&I Loga3 software
