Job Summary

This role involves supporting the department head in managing social integration services for individuals with complex disabilities at a large social service provider. On a day-to-day basis, you will balance administrative leadership tasks with hands-on support, including creating development concepts, managing documentation like BEI-NRW, and providing direct care and guidance to individuals in their daily activities.
