Job Summary
This role involves serving as a central IT business partner for SAP HCM within the Management division for Medical and Information Technology. You will be responsible for the continuous support, development, and optimization of SAP HCM applications, including analyzing complex business processes and performing system customizing. Key responsibilities include active participation in projects such as SAP S/4 HANA migrations and the introduction of new modules like ESS/MSS and FI-TV. You will also take on technical (sub-)project management duties, ensuring structured execution and sustainable implementation. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in the SAP HCM module
- Professional experience in payroll accounting relevant to the tasks
- Experience in technical project management and results-oriented project execution
- Experience in creating technical documentation and quality assurance tests
- Professional experience in handling Change Requests and Service Requirements
