As a Junior ServiceNow Consultant in Vienna, you will join the Technology & Transformation team to support renowned companies in the digital transformation of their IT Service Management processes. You will work closely with experienced consultants and solution architects, learning the ServiceNow platform from the ground up. Your daily tasks include supporting projects from requirement analysis to go-live, configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, and designing workflows, service catalogs, and dashboards. You will also participate in customer workshops and analyze IT processes based on ITIL standards.
