Job Summary
As a Deputy Master Electrician for raw production, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of high-tech production facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing electrical maintenance orders, managing material procurement, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and data protection regulations. You will be hands-on with troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing complex systems, including PLC-controlled machinery and frequency-controlled drives. When the Master Electrician is absent, you will step up to lead the team, coordinating repair measures and managing staff assignments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or Engineer.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a production environment with PLC and contactor-controlled systems
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and conveyor systems
- Proven track record in structured, analytical concept development and process optimization
- Experience in personnel management and leadership in a deputy capacity
