Job Summary
As a Telecommunications Service and Systems Technician at Ziegler, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across telecommunications, network, and low-voltage systems. Your day-to-day activities involve the physical installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecommunication systems, IP networks, WLAN, VoIP solutions, and video/audio surveillance equipment. Beyond initial setups, you will perform critical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs both on-site at customer locations and via remote maintenance tools. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in the installation and maintenance of video and audio monitoring systems
- Background in field service, including on-site customer support and troubleshooting
