Job Summary
This Junior AI Prompt Engineer role is a developmental position designed to transition motivated professionals or career changers into AI specialists. You will work daily on creating, testing, and refining prompts for AI models used in customer support and internal workflows. Key tasks include performing quality control on AI-generated responses, documenting best practices, and assisting with software testing and basic debugging. The position is unique for its heavy emphasis on structured onboarding and professional growth, offering a clear path toward becoming an AI expert. Initially, you will work approximately 6 hours per day in a part-time capacity, with a transition to full-time work possible after two years. Following an initial training period, the role offers the flexibility of working primarily from home via a provided remote desktop environment, collaborating closely with experienced IT and support teams.
