As an AI Prompt Engineer at SIGNAL IDUNA, you will play a pivotal role in redefining the company's input management through intelligent document processing. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and optimizing high-impact prompts for AI models, specifically utilizing Google DocAI and VertexAI for automated document analysis, classification, and data extraction. You will orchestrate complex workflows where AI agents interact autonomously with internal systems like CRM and archives via APIs. This role bridges the gap between business vision and technical implementation, requiring you to translate requirements into user stories and roadmaps. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a multiplier within the organization, conducting workshops and mentoring others to enhance AI literacy. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in Prompt Engineering for precise control of AI models
  • Proven experience with leading document AI solutions such as Google DocAI or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Machine Learning
  • Solid experience in requirements management and translating business visions into technical roadmaps
  • Strong analytical experience in modeling and redesigning end-to-end processes using BPMN 2.0
  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of cloud applications from prototype to production
