As an IT Support Agent at Acandis, a leading medical technology company based in Pforzheim, you will play a critical role in maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports life-saving innovations. Your daily responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing support requests via phone, email, and a ticketing system, alongside performing onsite hardware and software troubleshooting. You will manage user accounts, permissions, and service requests while actively training staff on IT security awareness. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in onsite hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Practical experience in user support and application assistance
- Experience in managing user accounts and system permissions
- Background in documenting technical issues and solutions within a ticketing system
