Job Summary

As an Internal Control System (ICS) and Audit Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming this DKB AG subsidiary into a leading tech service provider. Your daily responsibilities include expanding and managing the holistic operational risk management framework and internal control systems. You will serve as a key advisor to the organization, conducting training and consulting on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. A significant portion of the role involves planning and executing audits of internal processes to identify system weaknesses and derive optimization potentials. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive risk analyses and communicating findings to executive management and key stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in Internal Control Systems, Internal Audit, or Compliance
  • Experience in conducting audits or similar examination procedures
  • Proven experience in identifying and analyzing process and system weaknesses
  • Experience in risk reporting and communicating with management stakeholders
  • Professional background in banking or financial services is preferred
