Job Summary

As an Operations Manager at the State Traffic Control Center in Leverkusen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the 24/7 safety and mobility of North Rhine-Westphalia's road network. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the continuous monitoring of tunnel systems and technical traffic installations across the state. You will lead and organize a team of 12 operators, managing their shift schedules and providing necessary training on control room systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed University degree in Engineering (Diploma/Bachelor) or a comparable field of study; or qualification for Career Group 2, first entry level in the technical service.
