Job Summary

This role is for a motivated IT System Administrator responsible for the installation and configuration of Microsoft products and the proprietary ERP system MICOSkonzept, integrated with MICOSnext. You will work with both on-premise client setups and modern cloud environments, focusing on developing and implementing tailored technical solutions. A key part of the role involves actively supporting new and existing clients in optimizing their systems, providing individual consulting, and evolving system requirements. You will also be responsible for setting up and customizing systems for internal and external users, installing updates and patches for MICOSkonzept and third-party products on Windows systems, and collaborating closely with internal departments, especially consulting. This position requires strong technical expertise, a good understanding of customer needs, and a team-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
