As a Data Specialist based in Osnabrück, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT systems for an international construction materials provider. Your daily responsibilities include recording process change requirements, conducting feasibility analyses, and evaluating business cases within the Commercial Excellence, Sales, and Order Processing domains. You will be responsible for prioritizing tasks in collaboration with various departments, selecting external service providers, and leading projects focused on process improvements. A significant portion of the role involves ensuring high data quality through the establishment of SLAs and KPIs, as well as conducting training for new system implementations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development or equivalent; ideally a Master's degree in Information Technology.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable data or IT environment
- Proven experience in process change management and IT system mapping
- Practical experience working with SAP customer master data and S/4 Business Partner systems
- Experience in project leadership and conducting professional training sessions
