Job Summary

This role is based within the Office for Building Management for the City of Sinsheim, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing the city's technical infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will involve the planning, tendering, and supervision of electrical systems, with a specific focus on expanding photovoltaic (PV) installations and managing fire alarm systems. You will act as the client representative, overseeing municipal construction projects from initial design through to final billing, ensuring all maintenance and technical building equipment (TGA) standards are met. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Master Electrician (Elektrotechnikermeister) or State-Certified Electrical Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker Elektrotechnik).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or building management is required
  • Experience in project management, including tendering, awarding, and billing of construction measures
  • Previous experience with VOB procurement law and HOAI service phases is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in construction site management and supervising external contractors
  • Experience in the maintenance and operation of technical building systems, specifically electrical and HVAC
