Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of automation solutions for high-profile industrial clients. Your daily activities involve creating precise PLC programs and designing intuitive visualization systems to ensure an optimal user experience for complex machinery. You will take full ownership of the commissioning process, conducting rigorous functional tests directly on-site to guarantee system integrity. Beyond coding, you will act as a technical consultant by analyzing customer specifications, verifying technical feasibility, and continuously optimizing existing software for maximum efficiency. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, supplemented by further qualification as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in PLC programming using CoDeSys
  • Practical experience in commissioning and functional testing of industrial machinery
  • Experience in technical requirements engineering and feasibility analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in modern drive technology and industrial bus systems

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

  • Must be able to work on-site for machine commissioning and functional testing. Permanent employment contract offered.
