Job Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist at MANNDECKUNG GmbH in Stuttgart, you will be responsible for the continuous development and support of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on the Employee Central module. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including customizing and authorization management
  • Practical experience with at least one additional SuccessFactors module such as Recruiting or Time Management
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM, specifically regarding payroll, time management, and system customizing
  • Experience in error analysis, system updates, and testing activities within an SAP environment
  • Experience in HR process documentation and optimization
