Job Summary
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist at MANNDECKUNG GmbH in Stuttgart, you will be responsible for the continuous development and support of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on the Employee Central module. Your daily activities will involve configuring roles and permissions, optimizing HR processes, and implementing legal or internal requirements within the system. You will play a key role in rolling out additional modules such as Recruiting or Time Management and ensuring seamless integration between SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including customizing and authorization management
- Practical experience with at least one additional SuccessFactors module such as Recruiting or Time Management
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM, specifically regarding payroll, time management, and system customizing
- Experience in error analysis, system updates, and testing activities within an SAP environment
- Experience in HR process documentation and optimization
Languages
Additional
- The role is based in Stuttgart and requires knowledge of German social security and tax law. Candidates must be able to work on-site for a full-time, permanent position.
