Job Summary
As a Project Manager for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Expert Inspections at WISAG, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of technical building inspections. Your daily activities include documenting inspection processes, maintaining an expert inspection register, and analyzing technical defects. You will coordinate with third-party experts and Approved Inspection Agencies (ZÜS), manage the remediation of identified defects, and prepare service quotes for clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background in building services who enjoys organizing complex workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or similar qualification in the field of MEP/Building Services Engineering.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in the field of expert inspections for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarms, etc.)
- Experience in coordinating with Approved Inspection Agencies (ZÜS) and external contractors
- Proven track record in defect management and technical documentation
- Experience in preparing commercial offers and client communication
