Job Summary
As an Inside Technical Sales Representative at Scheidt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the energy transition by providing technical consultancy for turnkey stations and electrical buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve advising existing and new customers on medium and low-voltage technology, evaluating inquiries, and preparing detailed project calculations and offers. You will manage orders through the MS Dynamics NAV ERP system and conduct price negotiations while collaborating closely with production, logistics, and work preparation departments. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy planning and customer interaction without the pressure of cold calling. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or further qualification as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Installer, or a comparable qualification in the electrical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical sales activities
- Practical experience in electrical installation or electrical engineering
- Experience in planning and advising customers on technical products
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically MS Dynamics NAV
- Knowledge of transformers, protection technology, and medium-voltage systems is preferred
