Job Summary
As a Construction and Project Manager for Electrical Engineering, you will lead the planning, coordination, and control of complex electrical construction projects at airports across Germany. This senior role involves taking responsibility as a Qualified Electrician (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10, ensuring high safety standards through risk analyses and safety inspections. You will manage a nationwide team of site managers, conduct employee reviews, and optimize standardized construction processes. Beyond technical management, you will play a key role in project acquisition, including proposal preparation and negotiations with international clients. This position is ideal for a structured professional who enjoys a mix of leadership, process optimization, and hands-on site coordination. The role offers significant creative freedom within a dynamic team at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING, focusing on future-proof airport technology and production management.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, or qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker).
