As an IT Business Application Engineer, you will handle first- and second-level support requests, ensuring tickets are processed and routed effectively. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating with external service providers to manage developer resources and prioritize tasks. You will act as a technical liaison for EBS interfaces, working closely with end-users and internal IT departments to define requirements and maintain software solutions. Beyond technical maintenance, you will be responsible for training users and providing expert consultation on Oracle-related workflows. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a completed vocational training in Information Technology with equivalent qualifications.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar IT position
- Several years of practical experience in supporting and managing Oracle EBS environments
- Proven experience in coordinating external service providers and developer resources
- Professional background in managing complex IT interfaces and software solutions
