As the Team Lead for Energy Technology in the Project Business division, you will be responsible for the independent management of power supply projects, ranging from automation to control technology. Based in Hamburg-Harburg, you will provide disciplinary and technical leadership for a team of approximately 50 employees. Your daily activities include personnel development, resource planning, and overseeing administrative workflows such as material management and invoicing. A significant portion of the role involves project controlling, where you will ensure that technical and commercial targets are met regarding budget, quality, and deadlines.
