Job Summary
As an Aviation Test Engineer at AES Aircraft Elektro/Elektronik System GmbH in Bremen, you will play a critical role in the qualification and testing of high-end electrical components for aircraft cabins, including LED lighting and telecommunications systems. Your daily responsibilities involve managing and executing a wide range of rigorous tests such as temperature, pressure, shock, environmental, fire, and EMC/ESD testing. You will act as a technical consultant to development teams during the commissioning of electronic assemblies and ensure meticulous documentation of all test results. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the testing of electrical devices and electronic components
- Experience with aviation documentation standards and regulations (e.g., ABD, RTCA, DO) is preferred
- Experience in managing qualification processes for technical products
- Experience in a collaborative team environment with a focus on precision and diligence
