Job Summary
As an Escalation Manager at DMG MORI, a global leader in high-precision machine tools, you will be responsible for managing internal and external escalations related to digital products. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing systematic escalation structures, standardizing processes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions. You will analyze escalation cases to derive targeted improvement measures and track their implementation. Additionally, you will provide regular status reporting to senior management. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background in hybrid systems (Edge/Cloud) and CNC technologies who enjoys working in a solution-oriented manner within a 'Global One Company' environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a technical degree, ideally with a strong focus on IT.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in escalation management, service management, or project management
- Professional experience within a technical or industrial environment
- Proven experience with hybrid systems (Edge/Cloud) and digital solutions
- Experience in data-based analysis and structured system thinking
