Job Summary
As the Production Department Manager for the Jever workshop, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and social inclusion. You will lead a team of nine employees in a technically demanding production environment, ensuring high plant availability and operational safety. Your daily responsibilities include production planning, order processing, and continuous process optimization to improve efficiency. Beyond the technical scope, this role is unique because it operates within the GPS vision of creating an inclusive future; you will ensure that professional production standards are met while providing meaningful participation for individuals in a workshop setting. This position is ideal for a leader who values both economic success and human development. You will act as a key interface between technical operations, organizational management, and customers, fostering a culture of appreciation and high performance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed advanced training as a Technical Master (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

- Proven track record in budget planning and organizational management
- Experience in maintaining high plant availability and technical systems
