Job Summary
This role is critical for ensuring the safety and reliability of railway machinery within the Plasser & Theurer Group. As an ECM Manager, you will operate across two key functions: Maintenance Development (ECM II) and Fleet Management Coordination (ECM III). Your daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing maintenance plans, conducting risk analyses to predict wear and tear, and managing the regulatory framework. Additionally, you will act as the central interface for vehicle operators, coordinating maintenance orders, ensuring resource availability, and certifying vehicles for return to service. This position is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and operational coordination. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (University/Fachhochschule) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the railway sector, specifically within ECM II or ECM III functions
- Practical experience in the maintenance of railway vehicles
- Several years of professional experience in customer, quality, and supplier management is preferred
- Experience in developing maintenance plans and analyzing failure patterns
- Proven track record in resource planning and maintenance coordination
