Job Summary

As a 2nd Level Support Engineer, you will join a central team responsible for ensuring technical service quality for private, business, and carrier customers. Your daily activities involve high-level fault analysis and troubleshooting for voice, data, internet, and FTTx services. You will act as a technical bridge, coordinating with 3rd-level support, field service, and external network partners to resolve complex service disruptions across access, backbone, and platform levels. The role requires monitoring IT ticket systems, documenting incidents according to ISO 27001 standards, and contributing to process improvements in change and problem management.
