As an IT Administrator for the AWO District Association of Lower Bavaria/Upper Palatinate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure of a large social welfare organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing client systems, integrating them into the existing network, and providing on-site support across various locations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT administration and technical support
  • Practical experience operating and managing IT solutions from manufacturers such as Dell, HP, and Microsoft
  • Experience in managing Active Directory and Group Policy objects
  • Experience working with external IT service providers and ticket systems
