As the Production Manager for a concrete precast facility, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and supervision of seamless serial production processes. Your daily activities will involve production control, quality assurance, and the optimization of operational workflows. You will play a critical role in maintenance planning and troubleshooting production machinery, serving as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters. A significant portion of this role involves leadership, as you will manage personnel planning and provide goal-oriented leadership for approximately 25 employees. Additionally, you will ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a technical background who thrives in a medium-sized enterprise environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician), preferably with a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial manufacturing environments
- Leadership experience with responsibility for approximately 25 employees
- Practical experience in maintenance, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and pneumatics
- Experience in implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety measures
- Proven track record in independent problem-solving and conflict management
