Job Summary

This role involves the on-site administration and support of critical IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, VMware, Citrix, and network components like routers and firewalls. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, maintaining and evolving existing infrastructures, and implementing new technologies. Key duties also include managing security, updates, patches, backups, and restorations. Additionally, the position provides user support, assists the helpdesk with incident analysis and resolution, and coordinates with external partners. A strong focus will be on process automation and contributing to digitalization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in computer science or a related field, coupled with solid expertise in server and virtualization technologies.
