In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT workstations and infrastructure for an international medical technology company. Your daily tasks involve maintaining hardware, managing and securing mobile devices, and overseeing the inventory and automation of IT assets through client management systems. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues via the helpdesk and 1st level support, while also managing the technical on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
