Job Summary
This role involves the independent project management of road and structural engineering projects for the KMB public utility association. As a representative of the client, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects—from planning to commissioning—for traffic areas such as roads, bike paths, and squares, as well as structures like bridges and retaining walls. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing external engineering firms, coordinating with authorities and utility companies, and ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedules, and quality standards. The position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract status, flexible working hours through a flexitime agreement, and a structured public service salary (TVöD) with potential for advancement. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with a focus on road and civil engineering) or a certified Technician qualification in road construction.
Experience
- Professional experience in municipal road and civil engineering is preferred.
