Job Summary

This role is based at the Frankfurt Bio Campus, where you will join the 'Engineering Devices APU Autoinjektoren Maintenance' team. You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of state-of-the-art, digitized assembly and packaging lines for autoinjectors in a highly regulated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment. Operating on a 4-shift rotation, you will work collaboratively with day-shift experts and production teams to continuously improve processes and analyze technical issues using modern methodologies. Key tasks include performing calibrations, conducting DGUV A3 functional testing, and updating plant documentation while ensuring strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Automation Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable electrical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience with production and packaging systems is preferred
  • Experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
  • Proven ability in electrical troubleshooting and fault rectification
  • Experience in performing technical calibrations and functional testing
  • Experience working in shift-based operations
