Job Summary

As a Growth Engineer at one of Germany's largest e-commerce companies, you will be the technical and analytical bridge between product strategy and execution. Based in Würzburg, you will independently develop, program, and implement A/B and multivariate tests across the entire user journey. Your day-to-day involves identifying growth levers through funnel and cohort analysis, translating data into actionable decisions, and fostering a sustainable testing culture. You will manage the full experiment lifecycle—from hypothesis and technical implementation to evaluation and scaling.
