This full-time, permanent position within the IT Department of the Brandenburg State Parliament involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server clusters. A key part of the role includes ensuring the high availability of virtualized environments (vSphere and Proxmox) and maintaining network security across LAN and WLAN systems using Cisco ISE. You will also implement IT security measures and monitor system performance to support parliamentary operations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience with Microsoft and Linux server environments.
  • Experience in managing network access control and directory services (LDAP/AD).
  • Proven track record in system monitoring and IT security implementation.
