Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position within the District Office of Göppingen involves managing electrical systems for both county-owned and leased buildings. As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the planning, tendering, and execution of renovation measures across high-voltage and low-voltage systems, as well as technical installations such as fire alarm systems (BMA), emergency power, and electroacoustic systems (ELA). You will play a key role in new construction projects, overseeing external planners and performing essential client-side construction management tasks. The role is ideal for a state-certified technician who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and administrative coordination. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in creating service specifications using AVA systems (specifically Orca)
- Experience in municipal or public procurement processes
- Proven experience in supervising external planners and managing construction projects
- Demonstrated ability in team communication and professional assertiveness

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be able to work on-site in the Göppingen district/Stuttgart region.
