Job Summary

As the Head of Facility Management at Xella, you will lead the technical department and manage the on-site caretaker team to ensure seamless building operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering, documenting, and controlling maintenance and repair measures, as well as operating critical technical systems including sanitary, fire alarm, burglary detection, and access control systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for external service providers, coordinating their deployment and conducting quality control for their work. Beyond technical oversight, you will handle administrative tasks such as processing deficiency reports, performing minor repairs yourself, and verifying incoming invoices within SAP.
